Britta Wells

Britta provides support for the Trust’s statewide production assessment process, as well as Spotlight Showcase, with a primary focus on building and deepening relationships with school administrators, directors, parents, alumni and students.

Before joining the Spotlight team, Britta worked alongside Spotlight Education for five years as both a teaching artist and performance evaluator. Outside of the Trust, Britta is a Minneapolis-based performer and certified life coach. She has appeared on Broadway, on stages across the country, and with some of Minnesota’s most beloved theatre companies. She is passionate about the improvement of social and emotional health within, around, and through the arts. Britta holds a BFA in musical theatre from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, as well as a Master’s degree in teaching from Hamline University.
