Emma Schlei

Emma contributes to the finance team by ensuring Hennepin Theatre Trust’s financial affairs are conducted in a professional, efficient and accurate manner. Her role works directly with team members to verify we have accurate financial data for reporting, forecasting and budgeting and to guarantee decisions are made using accurate data.

Emma graduated with a Masters of Science in gender and women’s studies with an emphasis in nonprofit leadership. Prior to her role at the Trust, Emma worked as a case manager in a domestic violence shelter. With a background in history and gender and women’s studies, Emma is committed to fostering a community that centers and prioritizes equity and diversity. she is excited to be working at an organization that gives so much back to the community.
