Jennie Weber is vice president of customer and user experience at Best Buy. She is responsible for leading the customer experience strategy and bringing the brand to life in all touch points. Weber has over 20 years of consumer marketing experience. Weber has a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of St. Thomas. She also serves on the board of directors for the Best Buy Foundation, which is focused on providing access and training to teens in underserved areas, and is a board member for Kids for Cause, a non-profit focused on raising funds and hope for children born with bi-lateral clubfoot.
