Julia Larson

As the Spotlight Education Artistic Manager, Julia manages Hennepin Theatre Trust’s statewide premier education event, Spotlight Showcase. Julia also provides support with the production assessment process by managing artists and evaluators who provide recognition and feedback to high school students and programs across the state of Minnesota.

Outside of the Trust, Julia is a dancer, teacher, and choreographer around the Twin Cities. She has taught at numerous dance studios throughout the Midwest and worked with local theater companies including Children’s Performing Arts, Minnesota Dance Collaborative and Dark Muse Performing Arts. She has varied experience in technical theatre, including costuming, fly work, run crew and house management. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in American Dance Pedagogy from the Ann Lacy School of Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University.
