Kathleen Gullickson

Kathleen Gullickson is a dynamic, passionate and strategic human resources partner with global experience developing, implementing and executing initiatives to attract, hire and retain top talent.  Trusted advisor to C-suite executives, human resources partners and cross-functional business teams. She has 25+ years of experience and is recognized as a top performer who inspires change within HR and the talent acquisition community. Kathleen was most recently with Best Buy Co. She is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and has tremendous passion for the University, volunteering in a variety of leadership roles over nearly 10 years. She served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors and ended her time as the President of the Board of Directors. She also sat as a member of the Board of Trustees for two years. She lives with her husband, Mike, in Chanhassen. They are proud grandparents. Kathleen believes in giving back to her community by getting involved. She looks forward to building strong relationships to achieve the goals of the Hennepin Theatre Trust board. Kathleen currently serves as the Chair for the Development Committee.
