Molly Biwer is chair, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Advertising and Creative Studio at Mayo Clinic (2020 – present) where she leads enterprise-level brand strategy, creative and strategic partnerships supporting future growth delivering on Mayo Clinic’s Bold. The division is focused on driving the strategy, activation and governance of the global Mayo Clinic brand, sub-brands, and partnerships and brings the brands to life visually and verbally through the world class design strategy and management. Biwer started her career at Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company where she spent 27 years leading communications and public relations until she joined Hallmark in 2015 as their chief communications officer. Biwer has served on several non-profit boards, most recently serving on the board of directors for the United Way of Greater Kansas City, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and KC Rising.
