Season Options are shows that are not part of the subscription package but are available for purchase in addition to the package. Season subscribers have priority access to buy tickets for Season Options before the general public. In fact, access to Season Options begins as soon as you’ve purchased a subscription!

Terms & Conditions: Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues, and artists are subject to change without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the offer details on this page and the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
Health protocols: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted at HennepinTheatreTrust.org. All ticket holders are required to comply.
Automatic renewal: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2024-2025 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.
Renewal Deadline: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2023-2024 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 9, 2023 to keep you seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by March 9, 2023 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.
Flexibility: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.
Season Options: 7-show packages do not include Season Options. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The ticket limit for Season Options is eight (8) per account, name, billing address, or credit card. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice. Same seats for Disney’s Aladdin and Mamma Mia! will be reserved for Select Plus subscribers until the renewal deadline. If you do not renew for the 2023-2024 season, any tickets purchased for Season Options will be canceled.
Package pricing: The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $65 in processing fees, $35 in historic restoration fees, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Select Plus or Select subscription fee noted below.
Premium pricing: Select Plus Seating subscriptions (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Sections 1 and 2 Rows A–N, Wheelchair Accessible Sections 1-2, Row G) include a $125 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Seating subscriptions (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Section 1 and 2 Rows O–X, Front Balcony Section 5, 6 and 7 Rows A–F, Wheelchair Accessible Section 4, Row T and 5, Row F) for all performances include a $75 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Plus Seating and Select Seating Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations (available only to these Subscribers) prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits, such as invitations to special events and private theatre tours, are included in the Select Plus or Select Seating package.

Account Credit: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway on Hennepin shows directly through Broadway Across America.
