How do I access my mobile tickets for a show?

Who do I call if I can’t access my mobile tickets?
If you are having trouble accessing your mobile tickets, please call the box office or season subscriber hotline for assistance.
When will we be able to request extra tickets to shows?
2022-2023 season subscribers may order additional tickets at this time. Simply log into your online account to purchase additional tickets for family and friends.
Can I change or upgrade my seats for the season?
Subscription seat upgrades are no longer available for the 2022-2023 season.
Can I change my tickets for a show to another date?
As a season subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production.
Exchanges* may be made for free online or in person at the State Theatre Box Office, and by calling the season subscriber hotline at 1.800.859.7469. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to your performance.
Please note: For 2021-2022 subscribers, Hamilton exchanges are available for a limited time.
Wicked exchanges are available up to 72 hours before your scheduled performance.
Will Hamilton still be part of the 2021–2022 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin Season?
Yes, Hamilton is still part of the 2021–2022 Season even though the dates moved to 2023. 2021-2022 Subscribers can add Hamilton tickets via Account Manager if they have not done so already. Group buyers and donors can also request tickets. At this time, Hamilton tickets are not on sale to the general public. For up-to-date information on ticket sales, please visit the Hamilton event page.
Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin subscription details
Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin offer details. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
*Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed as seating is subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your Broadway account within 5-10 business days of your exchange. Some restrictions apply. Subscriber ticket exchanges and additional tickets for the season package shows may be restricted for all shows in the 2022-2023 season. Missed performances cannot be refunded.
**Pricing for additional ticket purchases includes a $12 per ticket service fee and a $5 per ticket historic restoration fee. Each account may purchase up to eight (8) additional tickets for package shows and up to eight (8) for season options, while supplies last. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be canceled without notice. Seating locations for additional tickets are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
