How do I access my mobile tickets for a show?

When will we be able to request extra tickets to shows?
2021-2022 season subscribers may order additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Simply log into your online account to purchase additional tickets for family and friends for the 2021-2022 season. For the 2022-2023 season, subscribers will be notified via email in advance of when they can purchase additional tickets. Please make sure your email address is current.
Can I change or upgrade my seats for the season?
Subscription seat upgrades are no longer available for the 2021-2022 season. After the renewal deadline, subscribers for the 2022-2023 season will have the opportunity to change their package seats. More information will be sent via email once available.
Can I change my tickets for a show to another date?
As a season subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production.
Exchanges* for the 2021-2022 season may be made for free online or in person at the State Theatre Box Office, and by calling the season subscriber hotline at 1.800.859.7469. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5 p.m. on the Friday prior to your performance.
Please note: Hamilton exchanges are available for a limited time.
Ticket exchange policies for 2022-2023 shows will be released at a later date.
Will Hamilton still be part of the 2021–2022 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin Season?
Yes, Hamilton is still part of the 2021–2022 Season even though the dates have moved to 2023. Subscribers for the 2021–2022 can add Hamilton tickets to their package at this time via Account Manager if they have not done so already. Group buyers and donors can also request tickets. At this time, Hamilton tickets are not available to the general public and will not go on sale until fall 2022. For up-to-date information on ticket sales, please visit the Hamilton event page.

*Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed. When exchanging into a higher-priced seat/performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Refunds for the difference, if you exchange into a lesser-priced seat/performance, will be processed within 7-10 business days following the exchange. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available, or only for a limited window of time. Missed performances cannot be refunded.
**Pricing for additional ticket purchases includes a $10 per ticket service fee and a $5 per ticket historic restoration fee. Each account may purchase up to eight (8) additional tickets for shows within the season package and up to eight (8) for season options, while supplies last. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be canceled without notice. Due to demand for the season, availability of seats is limited. Seating locations for additional tickets are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
