Six plays created in 24 hours for you to enjoy in one unforgettable evening. On the evening of March 12, six playwrights, six directors and 24 actors will meet. Six plays will be written from scratch overnight. The following morning casting and rehearsal will begin for the only performance that evening. The 24 Hr Plays – A Timeline

Sunday, March 12

10:00 PM: Meet & Greet

The cast and creative team come together, each bringing a costume piece, a prop and a special skill to offer.

MIDNIGHT: Writing Session

The writers stay up all night crafting six new short plays based on what they learned at the Meet & Greet.

Monday, March 13

8:00 AM: Casting

Directors and actors report for the day. The writers hand off the new plays to the directors and actors are divided into their casts for each play.

9:00 AM: Rehearsal

Rehearsals begin. Much caffeine is consumed, creativity is cultivated into six new works.

8:00 PM: Curtain Up

Lights down, curtain goes up at the Pantages Theatre.

10:00 PM: Curtain Closes
