The Whispers performance at the Orpheum Theatre has been rescheduled for October 30, 2021. All previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new performance date. Customers unable to attend the rescheduled performance may request a refund at the original point of purchase.

 

The Whispers are an American group from Los Angeles who have scored hit records since the late 1960s. The Whispers were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2003 and were winners of the Rhythm and Blues Foundation’s Pioneer Award in 2008.

Stephanie Dorthea Mills is an American singer, songwriter and actress. Mills rose to stardom as “Dorothy” in the original Broadway run of the musical The Wiz from 1975 to 1977. The song “Home” from the show later became a number 1 U.S. R&B hit for Mills and her signature song.

Leonard Charles Williams is an American singer-songwriter and musician, best known for his work during the 1970s. Williams was the lead vocalist for R&B/Soul group Tower of Power. As a soloist, Williams made several hit recordings, including 1978’s “‘Cause I Love You” and 1977’s “Choosing You.”
