MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 7, 2021) — Hennepin Theatre Trust is proud to present the Minnesota premiere of COME FROM AWAY at the historic Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis) for two weeks beginning Tuesday, Jan. 11 to Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022. COME FROM AWAY tells the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them. Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and gratitude grew into enduring friendships.
Show dates are Tuesday, Jan. 11 to Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022 at the historic Orpheum Theatre. Performance times are Tuesday through Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Friday at 1 and 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m. and Sunday at 1 and 6:30 p.m.
Ticket prices start at $40. All pricing includes a Building Restoration Fee of $5.00.

COME FROM AWAY began performances on Broadway on Feb. 18, 2017 and officially opened to critical acclaim on March 12, 2017 at Broadway’s Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, and continues to play to standing-room-only audiences.
The Tony Award-winning musical launched a second company in Canada with a sold out four-week engagement in Winnipeg and is currently playing to standing-room-only audiences in Toronto at the Royal Alexandra Theatre.
