MINNEAPOLIS (July 19, 2021) —Hennepin Theatre Trust announced that Public Television darlings Celtic Thunder has rescheduled its previously engagement date with their latest show, Ireland at the historic State Theatre (805 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis). Celtic Thunder will now play Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in a brand-new revue show that revisits their most popular Irish and Celtic songs of the past decade celebrating the influence of Irish and Celtic music around the world. In light of the current pandemic and the continued closure of the US border to Europe, Irish supergroup Celtic Thunder has postponed its fall 2021 dates and has scheduled its Celtic Thunder IRELAND tour of the U.S. and Canada for early spring 2022. The Public Television hit show is a family oriented theatrical event that appeals to fans of all ages. The opening date for the Celtic Thunder IRELAND tour is Feb. 22, 2022 in Orlando, FL.
