Selected students
The following students are eligible for registration to participate in the following production numbers:
- Outstanding honor recipients
- Honorable Mention honor recipients
- Featured Dancer (nominated by your director)
- Triple Threat Auditionees (any student that submits an audition for Triple Threat)
Select students (outlined above) are invited to the Hennepin Theatre District to participate in the creation of Spotlight Showcase in a series of outdoor pre-filmed segments. Students will learn and film a musical production number. To accomplish this, students must come to the rehearsals outlined in the calendar below. All rehearsals and recordings are held at Hennepin Theatre Trust in Downtown Minneapolis unless otherwise stated. To prepare for rehearsals and to make the experience as safe as possible, students will receive vocal and choreography videos prior to rehearsals so they can practice the materials. Registration opens: April 12, 2021 at 9 a.m.
Registration closes: May 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
