Future: Made Here Launch

Join us at the AC Hotel for a free, public celebration of the Future: Made Here launch! The launch event will feature DJ Mad Mardigan, street performers, buskers, and sidewalk activations between 5th and 10th streets along Hennepin Avenue. Hennepin Theatre Trust’s director of public art and placemaking, Joan Vorderbruggen, will lead group walking tours of the displays at 6 and 7 p.m.

Featuring 42 window displays through August 30, 2017, Future: Made Here interprets the theme of future with works by more than 40 Minnesota artists and 120 students. Twice per year, Made Here fills windows and other underused spaces throughout WeDo™–the West Downtown Minneapolis Cultural District with works by local artists.
