Ticket purchase options

Purchase tickets online or by phone.

To reduce spread of the COVID-19 virus and to keep our employees and guests safe, the box office will be closed until further notice. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com, mobile website or the Ticketmaster app. Please note that if you need to contact Ticketmaster for support, a Live Chat session can be initiated or you may email their customer service team. The box office is also open through intermission during a show.

State Theatre Box Office summer hours:

From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, the State Theatre Box Office will close at 3 p.m. on Fridays, if there is no show at the State, Orpheum or Pantages theatres that night.

The Orpheum and Pantages box offices are each open at 5 p.m. day-of-show ONLY and two hours prior to showtime for matinee performances.

The State Theatre Box Office will be CLOSED on the following days:

  • New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1, 2020
  • Martin Luther King Day – Monday, January 20, 2020
  • President’s Day – Monday, February 17, 2020
  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 25, 2020
  • Independence Day – Friday, July 3-4, 2020
  • Labor Day – Monday, September 7, 2020
  • Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 26, 2020
  • Christmas Eve – Thursday, December 24, 2020
  • Christmas Day – Friday, December 25, 2020

Methods of payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The box office does not accept checks.
We do not add any convenience fees to your order when you buy tickets at the box office.

Online orders are processed by Ticketmaster on their web site Ticketmaster.com. All major credit cards are accepted. A per-ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.

Due to preventative measures taken to slow the spread of the coronavirus, Ticketmaster is unable to take orders over the phone as call center staff are asked to stay home. You may purchase tickets via Ticketmaster.com, their mobile website or the Ticketmaster app. For fan support, please contact their customer service team.

We are not accepting fax or mail orders at this time due to COVID-19.

There is an $8 per ticket fee for Orpheum, State and Pantages shows.

Ticket sales alone do not allow the Trust to fully realize our multi-faceted mission and continue operating and programming our three historic theatres. We rely on your support not only to assist us in paying labor, artists fees, maintenance and operating costs, but to engage the community by offering a range of events and programs that educate, challenge and entertain.

We are not taking calls for group orders at this time due to COVID-19.

Bringing your group to the State, Orpheum or Pantages theatres is easy! We welcome groups of all kinds and offer customized service to fit your group’s specific needs! Group minimums vary by performance but generally range from 10-15 people.
