Open at the State, Orpheum, and Pantages theatres starting two (2) hours prior to any show. Within one (1) hour of showtime the box office reserves the right to only service ticketing needs for that performance.

The box office is closed on the following holidays:

  • Labor Day: Monday September 6, 2021
  • Indigenous Peoples Day: Monday, October 11, 2021
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 25, 2021
  • Christmas Eve: Friday, December 24, 2021

Online

Online orders are processed by Ticketmaster on their website: Ticketmaster.com. All major credit cards are accepted. A per-ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.

By phone

Tickets on sale through Ticketmaster may be purchased by phone at 800.982.2787 (US calls only. Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Central Time)

Ticket sales alone do not allow Hennepin Theatre Trust to fully realize our vision of advancing cultural and economic vitality of Minnesota through leadership of a dynamic arts district and continue operating our three historic theatres. Support from patrons like you assist us in paying labor, artists fees, and operating costs, and also in engaging the community by offering a range of events and programs that educate, challenge and entertain.

Bringing your group to the State, Orpheum or Pantages theatres is easy! We welcome groups of all kinds and offer customized service to fit your group’s specific needs! Group minimums vary by performance but generally range from 10-15 people.
