Security and guest code

Hennepin Theatre Trust is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for their patrons. As such, we have recently reviewed and upgraded security procedures at the Orpheum, State and Pantages theatres. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the policies and information below for an enjoyable experience arriving at the theatre.

All persons will pass through walk-through metal detectors and have their bags searched for prohibited items. Please be aware that lines to enter the theatre will be outside, regardless of the weather conditions. Unless otherwise noted, children under five, including babies in arms, are not allowed in the theatre.

We suggest arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. Doors to the venue will open approximately one hour prior to the performance time.
