Daniel Tenenbaum

Dan Tenenbaum is a partner at Lathrop GPM LLP. He focuses his practice in the representation of entrepreneurs, growth companies, and the entities and individuals that invest in and support these enterprises. Dan serves as outside general counsel to a variety of enterprises, including advising on corporate, governance, contracts, finance, securities and technology-related matters.

Dan is also a musical theatre enthusiast, having seen over 700 unique musicals in his adult life and is also an author of “Pickle-Chiffon Pie: The Musical,” an original children’s musical that had its world premiere in the spring of 2022. Dan is a native of the Twin Cities earned his B.A. from Brandeis University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
