Evan Williams

Evan Williams is a SHRM-certified HR professional.

He developed a passion for guiding people toward a trajectory for growth and development during his time in retail management. His expertise lies in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and building culture. Evan has been a key player in aligning teams to target KPIs, and has expertise in streamlining HR processes and employee development.

Evan believes that when people have the chance to do what they do best on a daily basis, they are more productive. He is excited to be leading employee engagement, DEI and well-being initiatives at the Trust.

Evan holds a degree in Commerce, Marketing and French from Rider University. He is fluent in French, and loves to cook in his free time.
