Will call tickets will be available at the venue for pickup starting at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, we will not be able to release will call tickets before that time on the day of the show. If you have tickets for more than one show, you will need to pick them up separately starting at 6 p.m. each day.
Every effort will be made to keep the lines moving quickly, but please dress for the weather as there may be lines outside.
To expedite will call pickup, please have your photo ID ready. Only the original purchaser may pick up will call tickets with photo ID. Please have your entire group present at the time you pick up tickets so all may enter at the same time.
After you have picked up your tickets, you will be required to immediately enter the theatre for the evening. Re-entry will not be allowed.
Be prepared for the security check – click HERE to view the guest code of conduct and prohibited items list. Metal detecting wands will be used, so have any metal items like keys or cell phones out of your pockets, and have any purses or bags open to be checked. Backpacks or large bags, laptops, tablets, professional photography or recording equipment are not allowed. No weapons of any kind are allowed, including pocket knives.
