In conjunction with The Hennepin Theatre Trust’s LGBTQIA+ Exhibit, Patrick’s Cabaret will present Pride 2022 – LIVE! a very special Cabaret in their 3rd Floor performance space, the “Studio 900”, on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Expect an amazing evening of performance, media, cocktails (including non-alcoholic) and a lot of not to be missed! The cabaret will feature works by: Apocalypse Theatre, Lori Dokken, Kohl Miner, Ann Marsden, Chris Stark, Venus DeMars, and Patrick Scully – mc.

Apocalypse Theatre, a nomadic freak-show caravan, will feature Demolition Grrrls a dance track with loud guitars, Codename:Bunny, and The Diseased, hybrid goth industrial punk.

Lori Dokken, a little cross section of piano bar tunes from the 70s and 80s.

Kohl Miner will perform A Queer Elder, a coming of age story.

Ann Marsden Marking a decade since Ann’s passing, Patrick has organized a slide show of Ann’s photos of our LGBTQ community.

Chris Stark will read from her second novel, Carnival Lightsabout two Ojibwe teen cousins who leave their fictitious northern Minnesota reservation for Minneapolis in 1969. Carnival Lights was a 2022 Minnesota Book Awards finalist.

Venus DeMars will present an acoustic cameo.

Covid Protocol: Artist & audience safety is a priority! Patrons are required to: wear a mask in the 3rd floor theater space, and be mindful. Proof of vaccination is not required. If you feel sick, stay home!
