Tom Hoch’s professional experience includes working for the Minneapolis Community Development Agency and the Historic Theatre Group. Tom has also served as the founding president and CEO of Hennepin Theatre Trust, deputy executive director for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, and a Minneapolis Public School District teacher. Tom served as board chair of the Minneapolis Downtown Council/Downtown Improvement District and the Animal Humane Society. Tom has also served as an executive committee board member for Meet Minneapolis, president of the St. Anthony East Neighborhood Association and acted on the board of directors for Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and a J.D. from Hamline University.
