Kelli Foster Warder

Kelli Foster Warder (she/her) has choreographed for a variety of companies including Theater Latté Da, The Ordway, Bucket Brigade, The 5th Avenue in Seattle, Asolo Rep in Florida and the ZACH Theatre in Austin. She has worked as a teacher, diversity coordinator and coach for over 25 years at a number of Minnesota schools, and has directed and choreographed internationally in both La Paz, Bolivia and Panama City, Panama. Kelli is the Director of Education and Producing Associate at the Ordway and the mom of three awesome humans.

Andy Kust

Andy Kust is the Resident Music Director for the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres and co-founder of Twin Cities Musical Theatre Training, a prep program for high school students auditioning for college programs. His award-winning work has taken him from NYC, to the Kennedy Center, Phoenix, and now Minneapolis. He is a member of NYSTA as well as

MTEA, and has taught masterclasses at colleges and universities across the country. Andy served on the musical theater faculty at the U of MN Duluth for five years, and now has a studio in the Twin Cities, where he works with professional singing actors. His clients can be seen on Broadway, in national tours, and at regional theaters across the country. Andy keeps busy as the Associate Music Director for the Hennepin Theatre Trust Spotlight Program, and as an Artist Educator for the Ordway Center for Performing Arts. Education: Bachelor of Arts in Music from Luther College, Master of Music in Theatre Music Direction and Performance from Arizona State University

C. Ryan Shipley

C. Ryan is a Minneapolis-based theater artist and educator. As a teaching artist, Ryan works with young people to create inclusive and equitable communities that incorporate artistic expression and exploration at theater companies and organizations such as Project SUCCESS, Guthrie Theater, Hennepin Theater Trust, and The Ordway. He has performed with multiple theater companies in the Twin Cities including The Ordway, Artistry, Old Log Theatre, Minneapolis Musical Theater, Girl Friday Productions, Skylark Opera, Second Fiddle Productions, and Paul Bunyan Playhouse in Bemidji, MN. Ryan choreographs and directs for Cedar Summerstock Theatre in Osage, Iowa, working with a core company of college musical theatre students. He has also directed and choreographed for various schools and theatre companies in the twin cities including Girl Friday Productions, Old Log Theatre, Steppingstone  Theatre Company, Stages Theatre Company, Washburn High School, Chanhassen High School and Mounds Park Academy.
