When will we be able to request extra tickets to shows?

There will be a chance in Spring 2018 to purchase additional tickets for a production, but it will be based on availability and is not guaranteed – you will receive an email notification when that opportunity is available.

Can I change or upgrade my seats for this season?

Can I change my tickets for a show to another date?

As a Season Subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production – there will be a chance in Spring 2018 to exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same production, but it will be based on availability and is not guaranteed – you will receive an email notification when that opportunity is available.

As a Season Subscriber, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges may be made for free online (see below) or in person at the State Theatre Box Office, and by calling the Season Subscriber Hotline (fees apply). You must have your tickets in hand for exchanges by phone.Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced ticket/performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Refunds cannot be offered for the difference if you exchange into a lesser priced ticket/performance. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5pm on the Friday prior. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available, or only for a limited window of time. Sorry, missed performances cannot be refunded.

When do I need to renew my subscription by?

The renewal window will end March 12.

When will I receive my Season Tickets?

Season tickets will be mailed to the address listed on your account approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the first engagement. Hamilton tickets will be printed and mailed separately.

How do I purchase tickets for optional shows?

Once you renew your season, you should be able to press the Buy Tickets button on your account to purchase tickets to the optional shows! You can also visit this page to purchase the additional shows (after renewing!).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING HAMILTON

Due to the anticipated demand for Hamilton, some special rules and restrictions will apply:

  • Additional tickets for Subscribers will be extremely limited.
  • Exchanges for Subscribers will be available for a limited time and may be restricted.
  • Hamilton will have a separate, limited additional tickets and exchange window for Subscribers than the other shows in the season package.
  • Subscribers’ Hamilton tickets will be mailed separately from the other season shows.

Subscriber savings are less when compared to single ticket buyers who purchase at the box office window without paying handling fees and service charges. For this calculation, subscriber handling fees, service charges and any applicable per seat Select Plus and Select subscription fees are prorated according to the number of shows in the 2017–2018 basic season subscription package. This calculation does not factor in any Season Options.
